Where's the trade counter?
Unit 2a1, Block C, Newbridge Road Industrial Estate, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood, NP12 2XF — the same building as our installation workshop.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Thursday 8:30–16:30, Friday 8:30–16:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Ring ahead so we can have your order ready.
Can I set up a trade account?
Talk to us — trade accounts are available for regular installer customers. For occasional orders we take all standard payment methods including credit cards.
Do you supply single units?
Yes — we're happy to supply single frames or sashes at trade-appropriate pricing.
What brands do you stock?
VEKA, Profile 22, Smart Systems, Aluk and Jack Aluminium as core lines. Talk to us for anything outside those.
Do you deliver?
Primarily a collection service, but ask about delivery on larger orders.
Can DIY customers use the counter?
Yes — provided you understand measurement, tolerances and installation. We won't sell you something we don't think will work for you.
What if I want you to install instead?
That's our main business — ask for an installation quote and we'll survey and price the job properly.
